PRO PEACE

My roommate Lennie and I started this blog to show that real people care about what's happening outside of their zip codes. Today, we walked from our place in South Austin to the Congress Ave. Bridge, asking whoever we passed if they'd let us take their picture for a blog supporting the impeachment of President Bush.

From now on, we'll be posting the faces of brave people--American born and not--who stand united against the terrorist Bush regime. We'll keep posting until the rich white guys and Condi-con stop enabling the deaths of honorable American soldiers and countless unarmed people. We support the troops, not the criminal Administration.

Peace, Tommy

p.s. I'll keep the Aaron Sorkining to a minimum.

I was still in high school. I didn't know any better. This was January 2002:

Amazing how much college can change a person, eh Tommy?

Although, I'm sure it wasn't college that changed your opinion on Mr. Bush, but rather his poor presidential practices and results.

This blog is a great idea; sure major media outlets report Bush's low approval ratings all the time, but this blog is putting real American faces out there and shows that real Americans do care about how our country is being (terribly) handled right now.

It's a shame when, accounting for inflation and cost of my education, I make less money now than I did in high school! Republicans are supposed to be at least good for the economy! Although, to the Republicans credit, Bush Cheney, Giuliani, Romney and the rest are NOT true Republicans.

Ron Paul + Mike Gravel + Al Gore for tri-presidents in '08!
